I grew up in the suburbs of New Orleans, Louisiana. After squeezing out of high school, I worked for PRO Electric Service, our family owned and operated business, as an electrical assistant. The company provided electrical motor service to the offshore oil industry. I enjoyed doing this work and learned a great deal from my dad and my brother-in-law.

My next assignment was back in the states working with the Stennis Oceanographical
Department, eventually being deployed to Oman and the United Arab Emirates for six months
to chart the surrounding waters. I completed my Naval service the next year aboard the
aircraft carrier, USS Saratoga. Living on a carrier was very different, but interesting.

college for the first time. To my surprise, I did very well and actually enjoyed attending
school full time. Before I finished, my Bachelor's degree, I was offered a job with a great
company, ABB. ABB has provided me with additional technical training and allowed me to live
a comfortable life. When given the opportunity by ABB to move to Mobile, I readily accepted.
It was here that I met the "Love of my Life", Michele and her son Wesley (whom I now claim
and love as my own). My life has been filled with many changes, but it is these changes that
allow me to experience the true meaning of life and the value of happiness.

attain a Navy career in satellite communications. Immediately after the completion of
training, I received orders to Naples, Italy. I was there for two years as an electronics
technician at a communications station. While living in Italy, I traveled Europe, visited
many countries, met lots of people, and had a great time!
